AUGUST WATCH 2014
One of the most AMAZING promises in the entire Bible!
“Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, HE HEARS US. And IF WE KNOW that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that WE HAVE the petitions that we have asked of Him.” (1 Jn 5:14)
The conditions to answered prayer are so simple:
1.) Know God's will.
2.) Ask according to His will.
3.) Know that He HEARD your request.
4.) Know that if He heard you – you GOT it!
All failure to receive is therefore…
1.) A failure to ask.
2.) Not taking the time to know Him intimately and thus really know His will in a matter.
3.) Not believing He heard you when you asked.
It seems that the biggest battle is NOT getting through to heaven or getting answers…it's a problem of knowing His will and BELIEVING that you were heard when you asked.
The VERY MOMENT you asked!
SOLUTION!
1.) Take a moment now and think about the number one nagging thought in your mind that is troubling you.
2.) What does the Bible say about that?
3.) Now pray accordingly. Pray simply and clearly.
4.) Take a moment and let your spirit absorb the fact that God HEARD YOU!
5.) You GOT it. Feel it. See it. Celebrate it.
GOD HAS HEARD YOUR PRAYERS AND HE WILL ANSWER YOU!
