Lance's- OUTRAGE OF THE WEEK!
You guys have to educate me on something. I was shocked tonight as I ran across a story, buried strangely beneath other ho-hum news items. Here it is:
“5 Rabbis Slaughtered in Jerusalem Synagogue while saying prayers – 3 of the 5 were American Rabbis!”
WHAT? A shocking news item upstaged by Ferguson unrest and the Keystone Pipeline vote.
I kept reading…
The worshipers were attacked by two Palestinian Muslims shouting “this is a religious war!” Wielding knives, hatchets and guns they killed the Rabbis and began shooting and mutilating worshipers till gunned down.
Last night I wrote “take heed ‘what' you hear.” So get this, I went into my hotel room in Charlotte N.C. and after meeting with Rick Joyner and friends I was unpacking in my room and BBC NEWS came on.
Eventually they got to the story…
“Israel is still reeling after five men were killed by two Palestinian assailants.”
REALLY??? Five “men” or five “rabbis”? Killed by Palestinians (implying a political conflict) or Palestinian Muslims (implying a religious conflict…especially probable since they were yelling “this is a religious war” as they murdered the worshipers – in their Synagogue.)
So here are the facts:
* 3 were American Rabbis,
* 1 was a British-born Rabbi named Avraham Shmuel Goldberg who had FIVE ——– daughters and ONE son.
* 1 Rabbi was Israeli I think.
All told these 5 praying clerics had 22 children and grand children.
So, so tragic and flat out demonic.
But – MY OUTRAGE isn’t the Muslim killing of innocents, sorry to say I am almost numb to that because of its regularity.
My outrage and question to you is this – WHY DOES the “BBC NEWS” COVER UP the fact that 5 RABBIS WERE KILLED DURING PRAYER IN A SYNAGOGUE?
Are they:
1.) AFRAID of stirring up violence at home?
Or
2.) Is BBC News run by some anti-Jewish/anti-Israel owner? Is that Rupert Murdoch?
Why does the BBC News do this? In fact, now that I am looking, I am AMAZED that SO MANY OTHER news outlets do this as well. They mute the atrocities and illogic of Islamic violence and rationalize it by making it all sound like Israel or the US is partly at fault.
Taking heed to “what” I hear – i think I've met my quota for yucky toxic news for the day. Time to build my faith up…so…
I am taking heed “how” I hear it by processing it with you. I'm seeing the manipulation of media truth as an End Time trend. I am sharpening my ear to hear “what” they say and “how” they DON'T say it. And I am wondering how Jesus would deal with this if he were Prime Minister of Israel or Mayor of Jerusalem.
Why not just state the truth?

Please educate me on this. Why is no one protesting the media because of its half truth reports about everything going on today with the terrorists persecuting Christians. More importantly, why are hardly any churches in uproar about this persecutation of Christians? Even worse, why are so few churches talking about this in their services?
It’s as if Americans are asleep and don’t feel empowered to do anything about it. Yet God gives us ability to do all things.. Maybe too many people are on Prozac and they don’t care anymore. Maybe they think that they can’t do anything about it.
We need to wake up, unite to create power in numbers and protest until it stops.
What percentage of people in the world are terrorists? What percentage of people in the US are Christians? We outnumber them yet we roll over, play possum and let the terrorists keep killing. How can we peacefully unite and get something done about Christian persecution to nip it at the bud once and for all?

I subscribe to two news outlestIsrael – focused on line newsletters, one run by non – believing Jews, the other by a Christian organization that supports Israel and the diaspora. They both reported this tragedy and I never once heard it on the news. It’s important to go to the right sources for information and to always filter that through the word, but as the “End Times” intensify, online outlets will probably be the most accurate and up to date sources of what’s important in the world and what’s important to the Kingdom.

Constant atrocities indeed! Thanks for speaking up. So what do we need to do NOW, around the world, to CHANGE the outcome? We have to maintain a position of strength and not allow FEAR or INTIMIDATION to stop us. We have to do what it takes. But what does that look like?
The WORD says, “The Kindoms of this world have become the Kingdoms of our LORD and CHRIST and HE shall rule and reign forever and ever.”
That means we have to get there somehow. Prayer is needed… But what action can each person take?
Also, has anyone else seen the circulating picture of President Obama wearing a ring that he never takes off? It is said to have an inscription that states in a Muslim tongue, “There is no God but Allah”. Does anyone know this to be fact? If it is the truth, then I believe that explains what we are seeing. For when a righteous man is in authority, the people can enjoy peace. Right now all we hear is peace, peace, but there is no peace, except what we have through our trust in Jesus.
Also, you can check out “Oath Keepers” organization. Mr. Rhodes is paving the way for Godly upstanding people to STAND their ground and protect our God given unalienable rights. It is right along the same ideas expressed here in everyone’s concerns. They are NOT radicals, but they do seem to STAND. Worth checking out to see what some are doing to take a stand.
I pray God our Father causes each of us to maintain… even INCREASE our strength, peace, and hope in Him as we walk this stretch out. God Bless us!
P.S. I agree with a post by palatinate nova above. What can the Church do better to prepare us for the future? We don’t get a choice. We have to deal with this… And the sooner the better. It is not going away by closing our eyes and counting to ten… or a hundred!
Maybe churches will lose their 501C3 status for speaking up, but, who’s idea was it to separate church and state anyway?!
God intends to be involved in everything from the Church to the Government… because He IS the true Government.
May God strengthen our Godly leaders “AS ONE!! ” to rise up suddenly together and take back what the devil has stolen.
So be it, in Jesus name!
Have you considered fox news? The network doesn’t mess around with keeping the govt accountable, as well as local issues that span the globe. The network celebrates and reports faith based stories as well as cover issues that threaten that priviledge. Better yet it would be great to have your input on some issues shared with those that want to be informed from a faith based, political stand point. Dont you have connections with Kelly?
