I have a word of prophetic encouragement from the Lord for you today:
Have the courage to be different! Be true to what resonates in your spirit.
Don’t let others stifle or edit the song you are called to sing.
There are many voices contending in your ear to go this way or go that way but I, the sovereign Lord, will reveal the path you are to take as you come into the light of My presence. It will become a clear picture to you.
In the past you were distressed by those who did not stay, but now you will be surprised at who shows up. They are helpers in your harvest. Stay true to the heavenly vision. Though it has tarried, it now comes to you in waves and stages according to your capacity to steward the increase.
This is really a word that speaks to being true to who you are and your calling.
If you want to orchestrate heaven’s symphony you must be willing to turn your back on the audience of earth.
Sometimes God puts His people into a thing called “isolation processing.” It is a place where you go into your own wilderness so you can find God's voice and find yours! You can experience this “isolation” while still surrounded by people.
It takes courage to believe in your music, the symphony you hear, and to be faithful to write it out accurately so that others can hear it also.
When you are true to the one thing that you alone were created to do, you tap into an inner strength, a “gut certainty” that you are doing the right thing, even when nobody around you fully understands. This “state” of being is the most powerful in the world. It is an aspect of God speaking out through the design you are exhibiting.
Remember this: You are designed for purpose and driven by passion.
If you are driven by purpose but have no passion, your work is mediocre and never the best. If driven by passion without purpose, you’re a hedonist. If driven by both, you are a creative force in a universe waiting to cooperate with you.
Steve Jobs lamented that in most people’s vocabulary’s “design” means veneer. “It’s a word used for interior decorating,” such as the fabric of the curtains and the sofa. “But to me,” Jobs said, “nothing could be further from the meaning of design. Design is the fundamental soul of a man-made creation that ends up expressing itself in successive outer layers of the product or service.”
Steve said, “To design something you really have to get it! Be passionately committed to thoroughly understand something. The design of the Mac was not in how it looked…it was how it worked.”
Be free from the opinions of others while you are in this transition. The delivery room is ugly but the baby is beautiful. Turn your back on the unresolved problems of the past. The music you are about to conduct will change everything in your future.
Wow this is just the word I needed to hear today. Something unfair with money happened in my work and I have journaled today then prayed. I needed to put my thoughts on paper thanking the accounts dept for letting me see how low I have been aiming.
I had allowed my self to be part of a group of workers instead of setting out to fulfil my God given assignment. Today, I made the decision to do just that.
The other Aha moment was the book I’m writing for clients needs to speak to me first… its working title ‘There’s greatness in you.’ – How to step into the joy of living out your life assignment.
As I finished journaling I opened my emails and saw this. Thank you for the confirmation.
It’s like you read my mind and heart. I needed to hear this. Even though I’m a grandmother I still have purpose in God’s Kingdom, in His economy. His will be done for His good pleasure in me. Thank you for the encouragement, Lance. I bless you!

Good word. Coco Chanel , the famous designer who literally came from nothing, said to stand out you have to be different. Lately I have felt myself being pulled in all kinds of directions, to the appeasement of others. No MORE, I SAY!!! God is the author of my book and life. Amen!!!
Lance, this is brilliant. I have just come through what I call my ’40 years on the backside of the desert’. It has not been easy but I know my creativity has flowed like it never would have, in the pointless mire of the world’s busyness. To those in a similar situation I would say, “Stay with it and pay attention to what the Lord is doing through you. You have a priceless opportunity to put your focus where He wants it. “
Only through the leading of the “Holy Spirit” which is only through giving Yeshua Lordship (not lip service or group think) in your life . The Process is striving to become His Kingdom Citizen. You become what Yeshua defined for me many years ago as a “differentiated mind”

Oh!! Have I been in isolation processing literally!! When I needed family the most!!
I’ve learned who my Father is and to be totally dependent on Him alone. I’ve learned a love and respect for myself I never have.
This time alone has been a blessing!!
