God Has a Dangerous Dream For Your Life!

Dangerous DreamThe devil only sends nightmares to people with dangerous dreams. The dangerous dream is the one God has for you.

If you have been in warfare, you might be a dangerous dreamer. God speaks in dream’s while you sleep, but most often in dream’s that come while awake.

It’s the reoccurring desire, image, idea that won’t leave you alone. This is the invitation from heaven to the son’s of Adam to create something that never before existed by going somewhere nobody else has gone.

Abraham had to leave the familiar land of the Chaldeans and go forth and find his ultimate inheritance in land he had never seen before.

Heaven yearns for lives totally yielded to the dream of God. All real progress depends on such men and women. All the reformers, revivalists and culture shapers are examples. In education Pat Robertson and Oral Roberts built Universities, Robertson again and Paul Crouch pioneered Christian TV. Loren Cunningham, with YWAM and Bill Bright with Campus Crusade both built the worlds largest youth organizations….and there many other dangerous dreamers, lesser known on earth but famous forever in Heaven.

It’s never too late. Abraham and Moses and Joshua were all in their later years when God unveiled His wildest dream scenarios to them. I am one of those who my natural father said was a ‘late bloomer.’ I got married later (almost 30,) got my degree in my 40’s, and didn’t really step into my calling till 50. I have not yet seen my dream, but I have survived occasional nightmares…mostly of my own creation. I feel like I am entering the season of life when old men dream dreams that release young men and women to see visions.

Keep a look out for my “EXTREME DREAM TRIP” to Cabo San Lucas ( October 10-14) where I coach 100 entrepreneurs and kingdom dreamers into building a business and designing a ministry that pays them to do what they do best and love to do most! Ask Deborah@Lancelearning.com for info on how to get into our event before it fills up.

What would it be like to be fully captivated by the dream the Father has for your life. What would it take to make it your waking pursuit? What would you be doing differently?

  1. “…I feel like I am entering the season of life when old men dream dreams that release young men and women to see visions…” Yes! Amen…We are “fathers n mothers” sendin them out! with courage and AUTHORITY!
Thank you for what you do! God continue to give you the “oomph n chutzpah” in the Spirit!

  2. I wanted to suggest different language other than ‘dangerous’, ‘ extreme ‘ and’ dreamers’. I know its ment to motivate and draw people. And you want people to be motivated to take risk with their life to become fullfilled. But the language creates a wrong focus and takes them away from the very practical spiritual choices that you discussed so well and can enable them to not take responsibility for those choices by focusing on dreams and extreme motivations. Joseph walked into his future because of the simple choices and obedience. His character was built up through many practical challenges. Dreams did not motivate him to take risk. Dreams informed him. Unfortunately this language does not focus people on the simple path of love, obedience, and commitment. The real motivation that keeps people on the path to fulfill their destinies. Then their actions are not a risk but done from trust and faith. Your not the first or last person to use this language as a marketing tool. I hope you understand.
    Blessings

    • No Brian, I beg to diff with you. I find that seeing a dream from God is to us – an impossible task – i.e. dangerous. It is obviously not dangerous to God, but to man it is dangerous with out Him. Stepping into danger, the unknown, or the extreme is remarkable faith.

  3. It’s so funny because I keep a dream journal from John Paul Jackson and I have a lot of heavenly dreams and NIGHTmares come after..usually fear or anxiety based. thanks for explaining just part of warfare. these things are starting to scare me less but give me insight into the Devils tactics so they don’t work! I love how what Satan means to harm me or scare me, God causes endurance and a pursuing of His presence! Such peace and authority is coming to my life! thank you thank you so much lance:)
