How has your day been? Personally, I had a rough day. That may sound bad, but rough days are actually good days. They only come after I’ve given the devil a bad day!
So now I'm happy, happy, happy because I get to write to you what the Lord told me.
Jesus said He is like a man “going to a far country, who left his house and GAVE AUTHORITY to his servants, and to EACH HIS work… (Mark 13:34)
It is YOUR work and no one else can do it. It's the devil’s business to stop you—if he can. He is good at his job; be equally good at yours.
Satan will seek to hinder you. The more dangerous your call, the higher the rank of demonic opposition. But you can exasperate him. You can embarrass the demon assigned to you.
Put your authority to work and you AUTHORIZE ANGELS. Lay your heartache before the Lord but don't stop there. Set your angels up for a good fight. What's that? A fight they can win. (Give them something to talk about later when you meet them.) It's a fight of faith because it starts out as a fight over your faith…
The book of Hebrews says of Jesus, “He endured the contradiction of sinners against Himself.” Powerful. During the period of contradiction, Hell will assault you with slander, torment you with false accusations, set you to work defending yourself, employ pious persons to repeat rumors about you, even hire editors and journalists to assail you.
When God's work seems slow, Hell will give a worldly offer, an open door. A fast-track to a better life.
You may have Pilate and Herod, Ananias and Caiaphas all combined against you, with Judas standing by jingling a better offer in his pocket. All you have to do is agree with your enemies….and you have many.
And you wonder “Why are all these things happening?”
Can you not see that the whole thing is brought about through the cunning of the devil? Don't you see it's a trap designed to distract you from your work? A snare to discourage your confidence?
USE THE AUTHORITY given to you to get things done. Stop looking for miracle money and unrealistic big breaks and the next prophetic word, dream or conference. Don't look for the “sure” thing. Seek wisdom.
Stop wasting time, caught up in chasing other people's rabbits. Get away from “empty talkers” and find the “doers.”
Do YOUR work. Cultivate YOUR garden. Work YOUR field. See to it that the devil does not distract you from fulfilling the work God has given you.
WISDOM IS PROFITABLE
God didn't call you to sweat over making money, either. That's the wrong part of your field to always focus on. Heaven called you to something higher than that in your business. Think of Abraham. Sharpen your sword. Wisdom is a spirit as well as a gift, did you know that?
Put Wisdom to work and this spirit will go forth and get you the wisdom you lack! Wisdom attracts wisdom. When wisdom shows up “Wisdom is PROFITABLE to direct.” Wisdom generates profits.
YOU MAY BE
assaulted,
insulted,
slandered,
wounded,
and rejected.
You may be chased by foes, abused by strangers, forsaken by friends, rejected of men…
But it will all work to your advantage if you make it your life mission to say; “I HAVE FINISHED THE WORK WHICH YOU HAVE GIVEN ME TO DO.”
Why? It's like the old success author once said: “EVERY ADVERSITY CARRIES WITHIN IT THE BENEFIT OF AN EQUIVALENT OR GREATER BENEFIT OF SUCCESS!” That's a powerful statement. You can convert the currency of any attack into an equal currency of promotion. How? Make it deepen your “life message.” Even your sins and failures can work to your advantage when they produce wisdom and pathos. (That is especially maddening to the devil.)

Dear Lance, thank you for sharing about your day and giving me some encouragement. I have been going through some health setbacks and a very difficult time with my daughter. I have been in contact with her and left messages on her phone but have not heard back from her. It was her birthday recently, I bought her a gift and card (beautiful words) but as I don’t know her address I couldn’t send it to her. I suggested we meet for coffee but no reply. The Lord knows your mother heart and he will mend your relationship with your daughter: it WILL happen, in His time and in His way, as long as you continue to seek Him and His wisdom…I say this because I am in a similar place with my son….our children are forever in our hearts so we need communication from them! Praying and believing with you!
Our Father in Heaven we turn to you, and we realize how much we all need you in every area of our lives. LORD turn you face to this dear one who has been wounded, tricked and deceived by the evil one. We bind up the deceiver that is holding her down and we bind and break the strong hold of unforgiveness and bitterness in JESUS name. LORD we ask that all paths that she is on today would lead to you and all paths she would find love, grace and mercy. Yes, Lance, your words gave me encouragement too, and confirmed to me what God has been telling me. I just read that passage you gave, in my study of Hebrews this morning! It ministered to me then, and then again with your repetition. I even thought of you when I read this morning Paul’s exhortation reminding us of how Jesus endured “the contradiction”. I remembered your teaching on that, the “contradiction” and it was very helpful. I was also encouraged when I listened to John Bevere last night. It just came up on You Tube and I knew it was the Lord encouraging me! He spoke of the same thing, using Joseph’s example as the reference. He said that when God gives us a glimpse of what He’s called us to, He doesn’t put us directly into that position, but takes us, as Joseph endured, on a prolonged journey through a wilderness here, a betrayal by his brothers, an enslavement followed by an unjust accusation, leading to being imprisoned in a dungeon. etc. before he was ready for his ultimate assignment! I feel so “pressed down” at the moment, I’m just waiting for God’s supernatural release. I don’t want any fanfare or celebration, just a place where I’m recognized as just me, where I can quietly flow with what God has for me next. I got a shock yesterday, when I realized it’s already mid-June, and I was intending to be at your Dream Trip convention in June! It’s only that I believe what you and John Bevere were exhorting me, to step into what I’m called for, and that I need to be with the people God connects me with, to find my place. As it stands, I still don’t have the means, but I know God will make a way for what is His will. You should hear the example John Bevere gave of that Navy Seal! It really spoke to me – it was one of the best testimonies of God’s positioning and protection I’ve ever heard! Another thing I want to say is that it would seem I haven’t gone very far into your Level 10 Leader studies. That’s because I went from your Hebrews quote to rereading the whole book of Hebrews! I will probably go to Daniel after this, another of your references. There’s never enough time in a day for all I need to do! Thanks for the encouragement! It is greatly appreciated!

I’ve known of you for years from back when you, Kim Clement and Mark Chironna were all together and formed your own ‘Fusion’! Now I see you on TV, FB and FlashPoint.
