Prophets Of Political Correctness

Quotes like this are so annoying. What is wrong with these people?
Can they not imagine a Christian on a school board or running for public office? Or Christians like Professor Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain, who volunteered to fight against slavery and saved the Union at Gettysburg? Do they know nothing of gratitude to God for their nation and freedoms?

Were there no Christians among those who risked their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor for our early national formation? Can they not imagine an abstract idea like Christians, who are also patriots? I bet they never worked in a precinct, knocked on a door, donated a dollar, or attended a rally.
Everyone has their lane. Not everyone who knows the Bible is a science, economics, or government luminary. These authors may be competent in their field but are illiterate in the political mountain. Nobody of substance in our movement believes what they are ranting against. Satan has no worries about these prophets of political correctness. They are useless in the tremendous gladiatorial contest of ideas; they do not even know where the coliseum is located. They are ill-equipped to properly use the mighty weapons of public persuasion because they are tilting with windmills in a nonexistent conflict.
What a waste of energy. The nation is in a defining moment, and multitudes are in a valley of significant decisions in a debate that will directly shape their children’s misery or prosperity. Meanwhile, these blind guides lead an expedition in search of Bigfoot.

There. I got it out of my system. I feel better already.

  1. Mario is rubbing off on you, Lance, lol. Well said.
And as you said previously, one curious tendency is for the last move of God to persecute the next move of God. And that’s what the Kingdom movers and shakers of this hour care about: the Plan and Purpose of God. Not anybody’s opinions, including our own.
Praise the Lord! For his covenant mercy and lovingkindness endure forever!
