There exists Biblical distinctions between Soul, spirits and the Holy Spirit for a reason;
A Soul records the awareness and experience of the body. The Soul is the medium by which we experience dreams. We recognize what is us and what is not us by the faculty of the Soul.
However, the Soul develops affinities to spirits; whether the carnal spirit or “modus operandi” of the unsaved, the attractive spirits of politics, sports, pornography, drugs or criminality, or the Holy Spirit we embrace through Jesus Christ.
Spirit can be shared or rejected.
However, the Soul is a personal “book of remembrance”, carrying condemnation unto Judgment or redemption unto eternal life.
