As the days proceed many will hear rhetoric that states that Red Flag laws do not violate Constitutional rights. That is blather and false to the fact due to historical precedent and…. Science. Real science, that is not manipulated to support an agenda, but science that goes back to when the Constitution was written and then, because of that foundation, was maintained throughout American history, including all wars and any pandemic our nation has faced. Hold the line guys. Red Flag Laws are actually so blasphemous that even where there are currently operational, if they were truly applied, not a single person in the states that have them could use a firearm, not even most of the police.
