Same as Israel: land for peace at Neiper(so?) River then have people of East vote to go with Russia. Then be or not be annexed. And all other securities. Great concern raised up in me following the new administration, back in 2009:
Executive orders regarding a certain group of nations signing on in agreement to send necessary aids and personnel to facilitate “protections”, should an unruly faction rise up in any of these nations to threaten their existing governments…
Allowing members of this group to “step in” to help bring about order.
(3X that particular administration readied itself for a civil war and whose expectations continue to linger in a fenced house of the people)
