The Latest on Coronavirus, Bernie Sanders & Joe Biden

I have a word for you today about coronavirus and I wanted to give you this bible verse. Now if you’re living in the last days, as we’ve been saying we need to prepare for increasing challenges, right? So here’s the verse from Acts 10:38 “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.”

There are going to be Christians who will be exposed to this virus. We ought to be taking these challenges as an invitation for our faith to be built up, and know we’re not alone. We’re a community. And as a community we can pray for one another. And so we’ve got double the authority, God anointed us with the Holy Ghost with power, that we might go about doing good.

I’m going to tell you about how God led me out of compassion to help a young man and I believe the compassion of God is a catalyst for the supernatural. We’re all so worried about Hillary Clinton being elected, or Donald Trump not being re-elected President but the church still has work to do to transform culture, which brings moe on to the electoral realities of what’s going on. The Democrats were so obsessed with impeachment and getting Trump out of office by the time they looked around, Cory Booker was out, Kamala Harris was out, and suddenly they’re asking ‘what if Bernie Sanders gets elected to the White House?’ Joe Biden is a whole different ballgame, we’ve got so much to talk about today!

  1. Lance, in your instruction about God not sending viruses or plaques or whatever but using them for His purposes, I loved your reference to Jesus and the disciples crossing the Sea of Galilee and maybe the devil was responsible for their predicament. Two things I found in recent readings of Psalm 89:
    8) “O Lord God of hosts, who is mighty like You, O Lord?
    Your faithfulness also surrounds You.
    9) You rule the raging of the sea; when its waves rise, You still them.”
And again, in this prophecy from Psalm 107:
25)For He commands and raises the stormy wind…
28)Then they cry out to the Lord in their trouble,
and He brings them out of their distresses.
29)He calms the storm, so that its waves are still.
No wonder Jesus chastised the disciples for their “lack of faith”!
