What does it mean to be rooted and planted in love?
There is something to heed in the idea of being “planted,” especially if we are near the Last Days era of global shaking.
“….that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God” was an inspired prayer of Paul to the Ephesians (Ephesians 3:17-19). Wisdom and intelligence are characteristics of the good and the wicked. There is a wisdom from above and a wisdom from below; what separates them is the heart. Guard your heart and keep it free from toxicity in all forms. A strategy can falter but love never fails and those rooted in love can “comprehend.”
Plant yourself by rivers of living water (Psalm 1). Notice that the secret to David's prosperity was his deep rooted connection with the empowering presence of the Spirit. I am actually learning from my son how to do this better. Be rooted and grounded in love and a supply of water. Happy indeed if the second planting has a house with it.
The ideal is to be planted in the house of The Lord. We are called to be a community of trees rooted deep into a river of love and wisdom and power. How are you being rooted in this season?
I dont know whwre I belong! I dont k ow my purpose anymore! I have stopped singing and attending church for a while now. I just am 1 doing 1 day at a time! I often ask where is the Holy Spirit Whwrer is God Wherer is JESUS. ALL THIS world is gone to hell in a basket. Life just keeps on going! I love your post and they read me mail and encourage me.
