It may be that YOUR MISSION isn't actually accomplished by you at all. You succeed by setting it up for others to go beyond you! And you lose nothing because God rewards faithfulness to assignment – not size of assignment.
Instead, based on Jesus’ model, your greatest reward and impact may come through your sons and daughters and those you train and equip.
