Lance, I’m having a conversation with my Christian friends (they don’t know about the need for speaking in youngest). That aside I thought I was told that to be effective in prayer we need to speak out our prayers. And they disagreed that silent prayer in their minds works too. And I did clarify that for sure to command demons out of your life it has to be out of your mouth. And of course to get saved it has to be spoken out of your mouth. But does God hear us when we think our speech to him ? No outward speaking. The conversation started about why we do not have our requests for healing succeed. I still think you have to speak to God out of your mouth. What do you believe. The scriptures I have reviewed other than salvation doesn’t seem to clarify? Thanks
