Not too long ago a man introduced himself to me after I spoke at an event. He is a professional Ice Cream taste tester. His tongue is insured for $1 million. He is the inventor of the 5th most popular ice creme in the world – “Cookies and Cream.”
He was walking through a grocery store one day quietly “praying in the Spirit” when he got the idea to smash vanilla ice cream with cookies. He found the Nabisco burnt chocolate cookie to be the perfect compliment! Multiple millions of dollars later he is still telling the story.
