Do you tend to be more open or more resistant to change? Change can be scary!
Charles Darwin observed, “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.” In this he got it right: the one with the ability to adapt wins. The feet of the red-eyed tree frog have developed suction cups on their toes, allowing them to climb trees and stick to leaves. Their beautiful coloration allows them to be covert, camouflaged under a leaf until the timing is right to emerge and strike their prey.
In human terms, it is not the kid in class with the highest I.Q. that ends up the wealthiest or the greatest leader; it’s the one with the most E.Q.—Emotional Intelligence. The ability to read a situation and adapt your strategy is the greatest indicator of ultimate success in relationships and business innovation.
How about in the movement Jesus started 2000 years ago? Historically, the Church has always had the ability to adapt to different environments and survive. From the catacombs of Rome to the underground Church in China, sincere believers have always discovered new ways to create flexible forms of meeting and growing.
But what about the current Church world? The decline of influence in western civilization is astonishing. In particular, the impact of believers on culture is in rapid decline and forecasting an alarming erosion among young people 25 years old and younger. We know the formula for building a certain type of church, but we don't have models to shape modern nation states. If we don't adapt we may be finding our way back into a moral and spiritual dark ages.
Don't settle for merely “going to church.” The front lines are now going to church and planting a new kind of church. They are a covert company of praying entrepreneurs who go into every system and occupy the landscape with new models of heaven invading earth.
I am interested in learning how you have adapted and what you see emerging in the Church landscape. How are you going into systems? Tell me what strategies you are deploying…I want to hear from you!

Adaptation- is it neccessary? If so, it requires leadership. We need to be free of of our idols of religiosity, legalism, and virtue signaling. As the noose of the Anti-Christ gets tighter, I believe those religious idols of the “church” will fall away.
Living in “Community” will be the greatest attraction of the world to the church & Yeshua. Also, as we become more aware of our Judaic roots, humorously, the dawning that our Savior is Jewish, that we are grafted into the vine of Israel/MessianicJudaism. I believe the church will begin to move closer to those roots. The tighter structure produced by moving closer to Judaic roots will also be an attraction. As the world becomes more chaotic, that structure (the appointed times) will be a comfort.
Again, the Church in America is in no position to adapt to anything. The church does Not lead; they have been following the culture for decades. The largest block of people in America is impotent with leadership that is mostly nonexistent. In too many instances righteousness was led by our society and the church had to catch up. Like when culture called out abusive husband’s & men the church dawdle and then hopped on board. Or providing for & leading unwed Mom’s instead of condemnation.
Our Church’s are bending over backwards to Christianize Woke ideaology. They jump through hoops, celebrating Black History month, not that it is wrong, but because we are following the narrative that America is racist, even in the face of a black president. The church is virtue signaling. My God, forgive us!
Don’t engage in the culture, “be quiet” is what the Pastor of the church we attend told several thousand parishoners. He said to be quiet when cultural issues come up. FYI- telling people to be quiet in the face of evil is what perpetrators do to their victims. It is what BLM did to Black Americans peacefully protesting George Floyd. Many years ago, I could see the lines of racial division would fade and it would no longer be Black v White but Good v Evil. This is coming to fruition in spite of the evil push to pit us against each other. Thank the Lord.
Many “believers” voted for Biden because- they “believe in life from the womb to tomb” Then proceed to ignore the evil happening “womb to tomb” like the societal atrocity of drag shows for children – think about this: the church is silent as children are being sexually abused by drag events and being mutilated by Gender ideology. What happened to righteous anger?
If there were Leadership, they might ask- What would 1930s/pre WW2 German & Euro churches say to us today? What do we need to do for America to be given to Yeshua as a sheep nation?
In the end, do we need to adapt? Or do we need leadership to take us to a place where we look more like ALL of Yeshua?
In governance, according to the prophecy in Isaiah 9, the government of our Lord Jesus Christ is ever increasing. Three pillars of this governance are righteousness, justice (restorative/ not punitive) as well as peace.
I believe therefore that we are in a season of eternal governance (versus good governance), and it is this type of governance that will address e.g the wars, inclusion, diversity and sustainability global issues. This is the call, I am answering….. to see His Kingdom come and cover all world systems.
We are gaining access to young people through organizing volunteer activities, and now adapting to include planned time for discussion groups and activities in order to create connections and growing community among us, leading to more influence

TO MANY SCRIBES AND PHARISEES WE MUST BE MORE LIKE JESUS

Thank you Lance! Our house of worship (WE are the church ☺️) closed its doors in 2020 and the Pastor moved to another state .. so we have been tuning in to LOH and rarely miss Flashpoint. My faith has never been stronger, but have been suppressed for many years ~ regarding it. I know that the rising ‘awakenings’ are evidence that God is rising up within this younger generation and I pray for its spreading and continuation. I am soo grateful for your voice and for Mercedes Sparks .. we need more encouraging and uplifting choices to come into agreement with. The Lord Bless and keep you Lance ( and your beautiful family) as you are voices for those who have no platform ♥️
The late Derek Prince talked a lot about learning to hear the voice of the Lord. In the scriptures, this was demonstrated a lot. St. Joseph heard from God, including in dreams and visions.
I believe hearing the voice of the Lord is the essence of surviving change.
I am 83 years old and head of a small Christian school in rural Virginia. I strive everyday to have our students grounded in the Truth of God’s Word. To renew our nation, we must have our next generation know the Truth.
I thank God everyday for giving me strength to contribute even a little to the mountain of education.
Thanks for your teaching and encouraging.

I have been trying to connect to Lance Learning since 2015 with this information.
FYI – we have until July 4th this year to monetize this information in the form of
an e-book entitled “The Emerging Kingdom Era”. Afterwards, it will be sent out
as a Public Service Announcement. ARE U IN OR OUT?

I am adapting to the political, religious and economic climate, by setting an example of spirit lead ministry to people of all nations on the street, and in the stores, and anywhere I go to the reality of Jesus, who lives in me by loving them, accepting them and blessing them by praying for them.
As well as living minimally so I am able to use my time seeking continual guidance to use what I have been given wisely. As a living example to show the broken a new way of life that turns away from idol worship.
Until we quit hiding our idols and start identifying them we can not be set free.
On we go….
Where there is liberty and freedom!
I live in West Hollywood, CA and work as a Sr. Admin Assistant at a huge woke company. During Christmas they refuse to put up a Christmas tree in the lobby so they don’t offend the atheists’ and Jehovah witnesses. I already know that I can’t use certain words and talk politics (although they do ALOT) but my way of taking territory is by doing a top notch work at my job and try to be the best co-worker ever. I look for subtle opportunities to bring God up, and intro them to Him or at least push them to the next level (which may inch them closer towards Him). I use spiritual opportunities to get them to face towards Jesus, like if they have a loved one that has passed away or if they are sick with something that is scary. Once I gain some favor with someone, then I know I can say more but I have to be careful. If its the wrong person, they will start working behind the scenes to get me removed. In this area, most are Buddhist, atheists, New Agers and of course there is an underline presence of Jewish folks (which I love). I believe the reason why Los Angeles hasn’t had the big earthquake or fallen into the ocean is because we have a lot of Jewish folks(whom God loves) and also Catholics from our Hispanic immigrants? Maybe that’s why? Who knows… In the meantime, I am in a uncomfortable situation but I do my best to adapt so at least I’m in the ballgame. I wish I had more freedom and many days yearn to move away from California but for now I am here and they are stuck with me! I love Jesus and want to do more. For now, its all about strategy, undercover Christianity, choosing my words carefully and tons of praying for these people. I vote my values and try to find like minded voters to support them. Its very hard to do in this toxic environment. I want to be bolder but if I get kicked out then what good am I. I get my church fellowship online. I am alone but I listen to you daily to get my courage and find new ways of reaching people.
