A New Season

The Lord says you are entering a new season—a time to quiet your heart.

(I read something today and it spoke to me strongly. I thought I'd share it with you (after a few edits.)

HERE IT IS!

The Lord Says: You are entering into a new season. Even though there is failure and regret, things done imperfectly, the Lord is a merciful Father, a Father who presses on in His loving parental ambition for us, an intention described by Jeremiah in the following way. Do you realize how much responsibility God takes for our future under the New Covenant?

‘“This is the covenant I will make with the people of Israel after that time,” declares the Lord.  I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. No longer will they teach their neighbor, for all shall know Me…’” (Jeremiah 31:33-34) 

I have indeed been writing my law on your mind and on your heart even as you reflect on the past and say “Would that I had heeded the Word of the Lord.” For there shall come moments and opportunities in the days ahead to retake those tests and make those decisions again and bring forth good fruit and set up a new mile marker in your memory.

Your tests are not to disqualify you from the race but rather to qualify you to come up higher! You will pass every test because YOU are a WINNER and NOT a Loser and you will ascend into a higher position in the natural and spiritual very quickly.

It’s time to withdraw a little from the clamor of urgencies, to quiet our heart, to enjoy His silent embrace until the mind stops racing, then to listen and record fresh Rhema. “Write in a book all the words I have spoken to you.” (Jeremiah 30:2b)

The Lord is moving more powerfully in social, political, educational and marketplace activity. He is rewarding those who confront injustice and serve the poor and needy globally, yet He calls you to not be deeply entangled in these things as you do. They must not become your primary focus. You must stick to the essential privileges of our created purpose. ENJOY THE LORD Himself for who He is, beyond our service to the Lord and to people, to become a child in His presence in simplicity and solitude, to experience the wonders of knowing our Creator in heart communion.

REMEMBER:

Uzzah touched the Ark with some sense of responsibility, yet death came of it. In order to put the Government on the shoulders of Jesus, we need to remove presumptuous yokes from our own shoulders. We need to trust Him to govern. Likewise if the zeal of the Lord falls upon you and you are a David with a slingshot in the presence of a GIANT, it is not presumption, it is zeal that calls forth the confrontation.
