Do you struggle to accept the reality of your life? We need God’s perspective to see things clearly.
Byron Katie said: “When we stop opposing reality, action becomes simple, fluid, kind, and fearless.”
Acceptance of what exists doesn’t mean you necessarily like or agree with it. You’re simply confronting reality without defenses, no need for resistance and avoidance. You get a truer picture that way. You can see what you can do effectively for the better, or what isn’t within your control. You remain peaceful.
It's one of the hardest things for some of us to do unless you link together the two ideas of hope and truth.
Truth simply gives you the facts of the matter. Hope gives you a confident expectation of the end. Truth without hope is like law without grace. Hope without truth is delusional.
Ask any pilot if it's safe to fly without an instrument panel that reflects reality. Or ask a business owner if they can run the business if the bookkeeper can't add or subtract. Numbers are stubborn things. In fact, God admonishes us to “number our days” for the express purpose of inclining our hearts toward wisdom.
In my life and ministry, I have had to continually discipline myself to accept the facts while looking beyond the surface to see what the Lord is doing in me and in my environment. The Father has been so kind to reveal both grace and truth as we seek to reach our nation and the globe with a prophetic message to change hearts and minds. If you would like to partner with us, here is the link: lancewallnau.com/graceandtruth. Thank you for your generosity and determination to stand with us!
But truth is only one side of our reality. John put it brilliantly, “The law came through Moses but grace and truth through Jesus Christ.” Notice it's not “grace or truth” but grace and truth.
Just because you got a negative diagnosis does not mean that you must bow to the sickness. Just because the profits are gone and the debt is climbing does not mean God can't turn the situation around. Just because the loved one is straying does not mean God can't put things back on course and repair the relationship.
You do not need to fear the opposing reality. You can probe it to its depth and come up poised and in possession of your soul because “ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE WITH GOD.”
The prophetic realm and the spiritual realm have the potential to give you superior penetrating insight…or place you into a sustained fantasy world of your own creation.
Jesus taught principles about decision making we often miss. “And he said to the vineyard-keeper, ‘Behold, for three years I have come looking for fruit on this fig tree without finding any. Cut it down!’ … And he answered and said to him, ‘Let it alone, sir, for this year too, until I dig around it and put in fertilizer; and if it bears fruit next year, fine; but if not, cut it down.'” (Luke 13:8)
Every year you circle the unproductive tree is a year of harvest you miss that was waiting on another tree.
Don't be afraid to get the facts and don't be afraid of the facts you get. With the God of all grace, the truth is your friend.

Thank you,, my Brother Lance! From the very beginning of seeing and listening to you and Annabelle, you’ve been family to me. I love you and your adorable children and their families. God bless each one of you with God’s abundance grace and mercy according to
“Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.”
Ephesians 3:20 TPT
Lance, you hit the nail on the head, again.
This hits my heart. I need it on a poster to put where I can be reminded every day.
“The prophetic realm and the spiritual realm have the potential to give you superior penetrating insight and place you into a sustained fantasy world of your own creation.” Ouch!
Thank you for being faithful.
I first heard your message at Word of Grace in Mesa, AZ.
And what I heard was that I still have a purpose. I don’t need to sit around waiting for the rapture.
Much later at Paradise Point, San Diego, you introduced Pedro Adao.
The combination of your message to go to the top of the mountain, and his providing practical ways to get there was a catalyst moving me towards congruence.
Not that I am there yet, but I am on my way.
Thanks again for being faithful.

2 Peter 2:7,8,9 “…If the Lord, Yahweh, rescued Lot, He knows how to continually rescue the Godly from their trials…”
God does the rescuing.
We do the loving.
Romans 12:9. “Let love be sincerely felt and expressed…”
1 John 4:19 “We love because He first loved us. The End.
Guys I have given to the ministry but I can’t remember if I made it recurring. Can you help me with that? Also, I was raised in church always being at the church and not forsaking the assembly of the saints so I struggle not as I’m 81 years old, live in a retirement home and I have no car. My step daughter is very active in her church and would take me but she spends hours at the church on Sundays and due to some physical problems I can’t do that. The home live in is run by the Methodists and we have vespers but most of the time only the social gospel is presented and not long ago a rabbi who didn’t believe in Jesus did the service. I’m struggling !! I’m called to pray and do that every day and have known for years God was bringing me into deeping that call. I use the TV and computer to get my teaching along with the prayer and bible reading daily. Also, why have we gotten so far away from pointing everyone to Jesus. The shape of the church makes me weep.
