Thank you for that, Lance. I have long thought that the 4 beasts refer to 4 end-time globally dominating powers which will arise, and I had them matched up just as you said, Britain/America, Russia, and Europe. I could never understand the part about a human mind given to America and her wings plucked and I love this idea you give of that possible meaning.
Another thing I had matched up were the “Holy Roman Empire,” to the 4 heads and wings of the leopard beast. Hitler called his kingdom the “third reich” which means we only need a 4th expression of that to arise to make the 4th head.
Also in my mind are the 3 ribs in the bear’s mouth, possibly 3 leaders, Stalin, Lenin and Putin .
