Please don’t change your delivery Lance. Many people who are in the workforce in serious jobs need you to be authentic. It’s very tough in these environments , it’s survival of the fittest.
We are not in a time of jovial delivery. Humour is important and encouragement. You have both. The work force identifies with you. Your seriousness is refreshing.
Times are getting difficult for families, they are exhausted , many who have businesses are having to adapt quickly.
