A Weekend of Destiny: The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team

This year at one of our “Destiny Weekends” I am going to be talking about the five behaviors of a cohesive team. It will focus on the building of a Micro Church and the type of organization that God can bless. These behaviors include being able to accept questions about your area of responsibility, to be able to give people the benefit of the doubt, and being able to admit mistakes.
We will also work on developing your specific style and how your particular personality flows with the process of transparency. The first level of a micro church and the new kind of culture that God is building is the authenticity of the leader. We will be getting to the root of authenticity, the building of trust, as well as getting to the heart of telling the truth while maintaining a relationship with each other. We will also emphasize that intentions mean nothing if you cannot get stuff done.
This will all take place on September 8-11 at the beautiful MorningStar Lodge in Moravian Falls, North Carolina.  This is a property with deep prophetic roots! It was purchased by an apostle of Count Zinzendorf of the Moravian Church movement – he insisted the Lord Jesus Christ own the property. Jesus’s ownership is emblazoned on the deed and it is a center of divine activity to this day. It is a favorite of Christians looking for divine inspiration and this weekend will be no exception.

  1. Would love to come to this however it will not be possible. I have just moved from Colorado to NY State. I will be living near a SUNY school!! Will you be putting any material out on this? I hope so!

  2. As Christians we should recognize Christ on the cross was not a beam me up Scotti event.
Adam gave up his authority with his disobedience, We need to be assuming authority that Jesus gave us assisting those who don’t know the Lord as Savior and helping to put order in there life, which does not exist often no matter geographic location. We have the authority. Greater things we are to do than Jesus did while in earth, we have the Holy Spirit
A slap on the back, stating I will pray for you is not what Jesus told us to do.
Very much want to be involved within this group, aligning what God showed me about the market place
    years ago.

  3. I live in Kenya (Africa) and am interested in adopting or developing cultural sensitive tool to help individuals identify God’s call and destiny upon their lives.
    Please help

  4. So excited that your involved too with Morning Star Ministries! Dutch Sheets book I read and what impressed me was his refusal to leave a situation, when agreed to take on, until the matter be solved! That’s called putting Your Faith where your mouth is! Well Done Dutch! Your one of my heroes following JESUS!
